We have a long-standing commitment to customer privacy and data protection, and as part of that commitment we have prepared a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”).
You can download our latest DPA document below. For the document to be considered executed, you must return the signed DPA document (Section 11.2) to privacy@shorebird.dev, at which time we will sign and send you a countersigned copy.
We will keep a record of the above email, for the purposes of updating you when the document has been updated.
